Prevent Hot linking

I have realized that many set a direct download link on there page, well this is not the idea of having a download database.

This is now fixed, everyone who set the direct download link (for example: http://www.jakcms.com/download/dl/1) will be redirected to the main download page instead of downloading the file.

Only people who visit JAKCMS.com and then try to download will have success.

Edit: The download Manager has been fixed, just replace the download.php in the root directory.
