Gallery Extension, Russian and Romanian Language Pack

I'm proud to announce that JAKCMS is now available in the Russian and Romanian language. Thank you for translation all files into this languages.

There is also a new plugin available in the download area, it gives you and your members the possibilities to upload photos from the front-end. It also can read the exif data from the images if possible and display this information bellow the photo.
